Modulsystem Sweden AB provides services for managing complete ticketing systems. This includes service and maintenance, supervision, operation, development, project management, etc. We follow the business management model.

Our most important reference is the task of managing the SJ self-service system (SJ Automat), which includes approx. 350 sales clients across the country (including Copenhagen, Oslo and Narvik), which we have done since 2005 and where, as needs arose, we upgraded and modernized the sales system.

We have our own operations department that monitors and manages our parking, credit card and ticketing systems. Our most demanding systems (systems which require 24/7 availability) have been outsourced to external companies specialized in business critical IT.
