Modulsystem Sweden AB provides services for the management of complete ticketing systems. This includes service and maintenance, supervision, operation, development, project management, etc. We follow the business management model.

Our most important reference is the assignment to manage the SJ self-service system (SJ Automat), which includes about 350 sales clients throughout the country (as well as Copenhagen, Oslo and Narvik), which we have done since 2005 and where we upgraded and modernized the sales system as the needs arose.

We have our own operations department that monitors and manages our parking, credit card and ticketing systems. Our most demanding systems (systems that require so-called 24-7 availability) have been outsourced to external companies specialized in business-critical IT.
